Refund policy

Only full-priced items are eligible for returns or exchange. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. All discounted items are FINAL SALE as well as any items marked FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or store credit. If your item has a defect please contact victor@vitosstore.com

Our return policy is valid for 15 days upon delivery. If you have received your order more than 7 days ago it is unfortunately no longer eligible for returns or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in it's original packaging.

All US returns/exchanges have a flat rate $7 return.
